Fasting goes back to ancient times and is a most effective way to cleanse the body including the palate, digestive and nervous system. It has an incredible the effect it has on the body and mind, so do not de-weep fasting unless you have tried it.
Although I have not read this book, thirty years ago I was introduced to fasting by Richard Hittleman, one of America’s original TV yoga gurus, in book entitled “Consequence Control Through Yoga” which recommends a choice of different levels of fasting, complete and partial, to start the program. It also includes, “transition” and “maintenance” menus of nutritious foods after the quick to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In addition, it offers 3/30 minute yoga sessions to be performed twice weekly. The exercises are simple and are illustrated with and drawings plus photos of actual people at various stages of their consequence loss.
For fasting and healthy lifestyle in rank, I urge this book highly. I have owned this book from 1971, when it was first published by Bantam Books and it has been my Health Bible ever since. During that time, I have only had to quick sincerely three times. Unfortunately the book has been out of print for many years. Perhaps someone who sees this, will look into reprinting it. I would very much like to replace my very worn copy.

I was going to look further into this program. I read an article in the November 2008 come forth of Essence magazine. I then checked out the price of the book and kit but was told to read the reviews first. I’d like to thank those of you that gave an honest attitude and kept me from wasting my money.
